Description

The IT Staff is responsible for maintaining the organization's computer systems, networks, and technical infrastructure. Duties include installing and configuring hardware and software, providing technical support to employees, maintaining cybersecurity, troubleshooting system issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring reliable operation of information technology resources that support senior care and healthcare staffing operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in IT support or system administration is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, hardware troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of database management and cloud-based applications is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple technical issues while maintaining confidentiality and system security.
