Description
The Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to elderly clients by assessing health conditions, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The role also includes educating patients and their families, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the country of practice.
- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical nursing experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of geriatric care and patient safety practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
